The Hannibal Regional Internal Medicine Residency Program, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), is excited to be recruiting its incoming class of inaugural resident physicians who will begin the new residency program in June 2026.

Our lifelong learning community at Hannibal Regional is engaged in building the new GME program and ready to welcome you as a prospective resident physician colleague, from international, osteopathic or allopathic medical student pathways! Inpatient and office-based experiences will be based on the main campus within our state-of-the art hospital and multi-specialty clinics. Our new program will enthusiastically foster your career professional development as you continue to grow in the specialty of Internal Medicine as a resident physician.

  • PGY 2 - $65,073
