Guest Services

The Hannibal Regional Guest Services team provides patients and guests with a warm welcome, assistance navigating the medical campus, important information, support resources and programs.

Our team strives to provide the highest quality customer service. Whatever you need, our team will respond as quickly as possible and we’re happy to answer any questions you may have. 

Our Guest Services team can assist with:

  • Directions to medical provider offices and appointments
  • Hotel information.
  • Call ahead and we can greet patients at the front door and escort them to their appointments!
  • Directions to medical campus locations, hotels, and area attractions.

Our Guest Services team is available at the hospital entrance and Hannibal Regional Medical Group entrance.

Hospital Location: Available Monday - Friday from 5:30 am - 5:00 pm.  To contact a member of Guest Services at the hospital entrance call 573-822-2327.

Medical Group Location: Available Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.  To contact Guest Services at Hannibal Regional Medical Group call 573-629-3307.

Shuttle Service: Hannibal Regional Auxiliary operates a Shuttle Service to assist patients and visitors to the entrance from their vehicle.  The Shuttle Service is available Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm and a driver can be reached by calling 573-822-4467.

Greeting Card Delivery Guidelines

  • Your greeting card will typically be delivered within 24 hours of submission, during the normal business week (Monday-Friday).
  • We are unable to accept greeting card submissions if a specific patient name is not identified.
  • Messages deemed inappropriate will not be delivered.
  • Greeting cards will only be delivered to patients listed in the hospital directory.  If a patient has opted out of the directory, we will not be able to deliver a greeting card.
  • If the recipient of the greeting card is no longer a patient or is not listed in the hospital directory, the message will be destroyed without delivery.  To verify whether a patient is still in the hospital, please call 573-248-1300.
  • Greeting cards will be delivered to inpatients only.  We apologize, but we cannot deliver messages to patients in the Emergency Department, outpatient surgery or our clinics.
